- 问题：重复同一订单（Oder No. 48989/48977）
- 分析：查找后台数据，发现2条订单创建时间相差3个多小时 （看下图：显示的是北京时间）
- 结论：人为失误概率大

RBSE49010同一订单下重复相同产品 （和Kim的不是同一种状况）
- 问题：同一订单重复相同的产品（Oder No. 49010）
- 分析：查找后台数据，2个产品生成的时间是一致的（一个产品已经删除，但是历史记录还在）
- 结论：程序Bug概率大，需要进一步调查。

Solution :- Add a backdrop (grey loading overlay) to prevent the Save button from being clicked again when uploading a file.
Especially in network environments where uploading files is slow. - Add a versioning mechanism for js code so that users can reload it without pressing ctrl+f5 (without using cache).
